Order Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately, since everything is custom ordered we don't accept order cancellation or modification after an order has been placed.

Returns and Exchange

If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, or if there is a product defect, please don't hesitate to reach out!

RETURNS:
At this time, we do not accept returns.

EXCHANGES:
Exchanges for a defected product are only accepted within 14 days of product arrival date.

Any return shipping rates will be covered by customer.

Product must not have already been worn.

Tracking My Order

You should receive a shipping notification with a tracking number when your order is shipped. If you didn't receive that email, please reach out by emailing girlypop.orders@gmail.com

If your order says delivered and you have not recieved it please reach out to me.

Where Is My Order?

Please allow 3-5 business days for order fulfillment. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number. Once your order has shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for Ground Shipping via USPS.
